Simon Estes Riverfront Amphitheater Rules

All Simon Estes Riverfront Amphitheatre attendees have the right to enjoy every event free from disruptive behavior. To this end, guests are prohibited from using foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.

Please consume any and all alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. The management reserves the right to intervene with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest in a prompt and safe manner, if alcohol is not being consumed responsibly.

Guests must not engage in fighting, throwing objects or attempting to enter the stage, and any guests seen to be doing so will be immediately ejected from the venue.

Obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing are strictly prohibited, and guests displaying such messages may be asked to leave.

All guests must comply with requests from venue staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures.

Umbrellas may or may not be prohibited, depending on the show, so it is recommended that guests opt to wear a poncho or rain coat instead, in the case of inclement weather.
